§ 132.012  INTIMIDATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit an act of intimidating another within the city.
   (B)   A person commits intimidation when, with the intent to cause another person to perform or to omit the performance of any act, he or she communicated to another without otherwise lawful authority to threat to perform any of the following acts:
      (1)   Inflict physical harm on the person threatened or any other person or property;
      (2)   Subject any person to physical confinement or restraint;
      (3)   Commit any criminal offense;
      (4)   Accuse falsely any person of an offense;
      (5)   Expose any person to hatred, contempt or ridicule;
      (6)   Unlawfully take action as a public official against anyone or withhold official action or cause such action or withholding; or
      (7)   Bring about or continue any strike, boycott or other collective or mob action.
