§ 132.009 SCAVENGERS PROHIBITED.

The term SCAVENGER, as used in this section, shall mean a person who collects or disposes of refuse, wastes or rubbish as described in Ch. 53 of this code of ordinances. It shall be unlawful for any person to work or function as a scavenger, as defined herein, in the city. No person shall scavenge through any trash receptacle, dumpster or container.
