(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any of the following in the public recycling bin:
(1) Garbage;
(2) Poisons or poisonous materials;
(3) Chemicals;
(4) Feces;
(5) Paint;
(6) Medical waste;
(7) Animal carcasses;
(8) Weeds;
(9) Brush;
(10) Yard waste;
(11) Tires; and
(12) Any item not specifically authorized by division (B) below.
(B) Only items specified on the label for each compartment of the bin shall be deposited in such compartment.
(C) Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined pursuant to the violation fine schedule previously adopted by the City Council.
