§ 30.051  REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   All regularly scheduled City Council meetings shall be held in the City Hall building on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. City workshop sessions may be scheduled upon consensus of the City Council
   (B)   When said meeting date falls upon a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held as determined by consensus of the City Council.
