§ 111.080  OPEN LIQUOR, TO-GO CUPS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The licensee shall not knowingly permit any person to leave his or her premises with open liquor or in a “cup-to-go”.
   (B)   Also, it shall be unlawful for any person to remove from the premises of any liquor licensee any alcoholic beverage, except in the original container and with the seal unbroken.
