§ 111.040  HOURS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, any alcoholic liquor in the city between the following hours.

   (B)   On New Year’s Eve (except on Sundays), Class A and Class C licenses may be open from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. of the following day with the permission of the City Council.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or to admit the public to any premises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of alcoholic liquor is prohibited.
   (D)   Any holder of a retail liquor license or his or her agent or employee who violated the provisions of this chapter in regulating the legal hours of operation shall, upon conviction, be fined according to the provisions of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (E)   No alcoholic liquor shall be sold and all licensed premises must remain closed at all other times other than those specified above.
   (F)   The times referred to above shall refer to Daylight Saving Time or when the same is in effect in the city and, upon cessation of Daylight Saving Time, shall be Central Standard Time.
   (G)   All patrons or customers shall leave the premises at the specified closing time and shall not remain on the premises thereafter.
