§ 110.57  APPLICATION PROCESS.
   It is the responsibility of the applicant to complete the application and attach all required documentation. It is not the responsibility of the City Clerk, City Treasurer or Chief of Police to obtain the information missing from an application. Applications may be denied for incompleteness.
