§ 94.38 GRAVE DECORATIONS (FLOWERS).

The placing of cut flowers or artificial flowers over individual graves shall be permitted; however, the city shall not be responsible for the care of such flowers or the containers in which they are placed. Furthermore, the city shall remove, without notice, all flowers, real or artificial which remain over 15 days. Special signs will be posted regarding removal of Memorial Day flowers.
