§ 94.27 FENCES.

It shall be unlawful for any person or lot owner in the cemetery to erect or construct any enclosure or fence on or around any lot in the cemetery; provided that, this shall not be so construed as to prevent any person from erecting any concrete or stone coping not over 18 inches in height.
