§ 94.11  DIGGING GRAVES.
   (A)   The Board shall have the authority to contract out the digging of the graves.
   (B)   Graves shall be dug as designated by the burial permit.
   (C)   All graves shall be dug so that the bottom of the coffin shall be at least six feet below the surface of the ground and the grave is to have 18 inches of soil over the casket.
