§ 94.10  CONTROL OF CEMETERY.
   (A)   The Board shall have the authority to bid and contract out the upkeep of the cemetery.
   (B)   This shall include keeping the cemetery in good order, clean up of all rubbish, cutting all grass and weeds from any walks and passage ways and perform such other duties as may be required by the City Council.
