All of those tracts of land heretofore and now used as cemeteries and the additions thereto, in the city which have been dedicated as cemeteries, are hereby rededicated for that purpose and shall continue to be known as cemeteries and shall be used only for that purpose and subject to such rules and regulations as may be hereafter passed by the Council.
