§ 92.066  GENERAL POOL RULES.
   (A)   The city is not responsible for accidents or lost articles.
   (B)   Swimmers must be able to swim two widths of the pool to qualify for swimming in deep water if the pool manager or guard have any doubt of the swimmer’s ability.
   (C)   Bathing suits (not cut-offs) must be worn in the pool.
   (D)   Articles of clothing, food, cigarettes, glasses or other personal articles other than bathing suits or bathing caps will not be allowed in the pool.
   (E)   Swim fins, goggles, flotation devices, diving masks and the like are not allowed in the pool.
   (F)   There will be a five-minute break every hour. Everyone must clear the pool.
   (G)   No one is allowed on the ropes, except in emergency situations.
   (H)   No diving in less than four feet of water.
   (I)   No diving or jumping from ladders.
   (J)   No entry to deck or pool unless lifeguards are in their towers.
