§ 92.061  REFUNDS.
   (A)   Refunds are given for only two reasons:
      (1)   If a person is asked to leave for health reasons; or
      (2)   If a sudden storm occurs after a person has paid and this person has only been inside the pool area for 30 minutes or less.
   (B)   Refunds are not given to individuals who are asked to leave the pool facility because of disciplinary reasons. If bad weather is imminent, it is the duty of the cashier to inform patrons coming into the pool that, in the event of the pool closing, money will not be refunded.
