§ 92.006  FISCAL AFFAIRS.
   (A)   The fiscal year of the boards shall conform to the fiscal year of the city. The boards shall, prior to the adoption of the annual appropriation ordinance by the City Council, each year request the Council to levy and collect a playground and recreation tax as required by law.
   (B)   At the meeting in the month of March each year, the Board President shall make an annual report in writing which report shall contain a financial statement which shall show the receipts from taxes and from other sources, an inventory of the properties of the boards and a budget for the outline of activities proposed for the ensuing year.
