§ 92.002 MEMBERS.

The Pool Board shall consist of seven members which shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council. The members shall serve for five years without compensation. The Park Board shall consist of five members which shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council. The members shall serve for five years without compensation.
