It shall be the responsibility of the business operator to post on the premises, in a conspicuous location, one or more signs bearing the following legend in letters at least two inches or more in height and readable: “CRUISING IN OR CONGREGATING AND LOITERING OUTSIDE A MOTOR VEHICLE IS UNLAWFUL. NO UNOCCUPIED MOTOR VEHICLES MAY BE LEFT ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE OWNER.”
