§ 91.077  DRIVE-IN BUSINESS.
   A DRIVE-IN BUSINESS, within the meaning of this subchapter, shall be deemed to be any business where meals, sandwiches, cold drinks, beverages, ice cream, food, drink or consumer services are served directly to or are permitted to be consumed by patrons in or upon automobiles, motorcycles or other vehicles parked on the premises.
