§ 91.047 VIOLATION.

(A) Individuals or commercial property owners which violate the trash ordinance shall now be subject to punishment under § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) The fee schedule and service of violations shall be as dictated in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) Section 10.99 of this code of ordinances is now incorporated into §§ 91.001 through 91.008 of this chapter for trash accumulation contained in this chapter.
