The purpose of this subchapter shall be to provide rules and regulations for applying for a special use permit to possess animals on residential property within the city. This subchapter does not apply to the keeping of dogs or cats on city property, as both of those animals are addressed in §§ 90.025 through 90.034 and 90.115 through 90.131 of this chapter, respectively.
