It shall be lawful to operate on all streets in said city from sunrise until 9:00 p.m., except the following:
(A) The streets comprising the block of the City Square being W.N. Main Street on the north; W.S. Main Street on the south; Sixth Street on the west; and Fifth Street or Route 267 on the east;
(B) All streets within one block of the Carrollton High School, Carrollton Grade School, St. John’s Grade School and the Thomas H. Boyd Memorial Hospital and Reisch Nursing Home; and
(C) All alleys in the corporate limits of the city.
