For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY STREETS. Any of the streets within the boundaries of the city.
GOLF CART. A self-propelled, electronically powered or self-propelled gasoline powered four- wheeled motor vehicle, with bench or bucket seats, which is capable of attaining in one mile a speed of more than 20 mph, but not more than 25 mph, and is steered and maneuvered with a steering wheel.
UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLE. A self-propelled, electronically powered, four-wheeled motor vehicle or a self-propelled gasoline powered four-wheeled vehicle with bench or bucket seats, an engine displacement under 1,200 cubic centimeters which is capable of attaining in one mile a speed of more than 20 mph, but not more than 25 mph, and is steered and maneuvered with a steering wheel.
