(A) (1) Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except § 52.125 of this chapter, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) The city may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 for each offense, nor more than $750 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every day during which a violation continues or exists following the issuance of notice as provided in division (A) above.

(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city by reason of such violation.
