Any premises connected to the sewerage system, a charge of $250 shall be made for such connection. However, if no riser exists and main line has to be tapped, the customer shall be liable for all expenses, including labor and materials. Whenever any premises shall hereafter be connected to the system for any purpose, and in order to make the connection, it requires the crossing of a state, county or township road, a minimum additional charge of $100 or actual cost of labor and materials, whichever sum is greater, shall be made for such connection.
