§ 10.10  SEVERABILITY.
   (A)   If any provisions of a section of these codified ordinances or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the section or related sections which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and, to this end, the provisions are severable.
   (B)   Each section, division, sentence, clause and provision of this code is severable and, if any provision is held unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this code, nor any part thereof, other than that part affected by such decision.
