There shall be established the following rates and charges for the use of the water system of the city based upon the amount of water consumed as follows.
(A) Water rates.
First | 2,000 gallons per month | $25.50 minimum charge |
Over | 2,000 gallons per month | $13.00 per 1,000 gallons |
(B) Facilities charge. A facilities charge of $3 per month shall be assessed for each water meter.
(C) Offset. An assessment of $0.76 to offset the cost of mandated testing of water treatment application points and their associated wells.
