(A) (1) The city shall replace all water mains when it has been deemed necessary to do so in order to maintain service in the city.
(2) The city shall limit its responsibility to maintaining water lines to the water mains and to the service lines up to the meter or curb stop at the property line.
(B) The property owner shall be responsible for the service line from the meter into the premises served.
