§ 36.141  APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR TRANSFERS.
   All investments of the city and of the various boards of the city shall be made, liquidated or transferred after approval by the governing board and presentation to the city’s Finance Committee for recommendation to and approval by the City Council prior to final action.
