§ 36.137  FINANCE COMMITTEE’S RECOMMENDATION.
   Prior to the second reading and final approval of all such actions as specified in § 36.135 of this chapter, the Finance Committee shall make such recommendations concerning adoption, amendment or withdrawal of the action, accompanied by the report of the City Treasurer, as the Committee shall determine in the best interest of the city.
