(A) The Mayor shall, before the July 1 of each year, appoint three Trustees to take the place of the retiring Trustees who shall hold office for three years and until their successors are appointed.
(B) By and with the advice and consent of the City Council, the Mayor may remove any Trustee as provided in § 30.091 of this code of ordinances.
