§ 152.023 GRADING PLANS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Grading plan. Pursuant to the requirements of § 152.066, a mass grading plan is required for all subdivisions with lots one-half acre in size or less and for all planned unit development and cluster subdivisions. Grading plans may also be required in environmentally sensitive areas. Plans may be requested during preliminary review or with the proposed construction drawings.
   (B)   Public roadway grading plan. A roadway grading plan, pursuant to the requirements of § 152.067, is required whenever a mass grading plan is required or roadway grading will impact the site outside of the right-of-way.
   (C)   Commercial/industrial site plan. A site grading plan, meeting the requirements of § 152.068, may be required whenever a site plan is submitted pursuant to Chapter 155, Development and Subdivision of Land.
   (D)   Grading only plan. A grading only plan consists of on site grading without installation of utilities or other improvements.
