§ 94.070 INTOXICATING BEVERAGES.
   (A)   Prohibition. No person in a park shall possess or consume alcoholic beverages in undesignated areas or at undesignated times. The Manager shall establish rules pertaining to the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the park.
   (B)   Drunkenness. No person in a park shall be visibly intoxicated.
