§ 94.057 HORSEBACK RIDING.
   (A)   No person in a park shall ride a horse except on designated equestrian trails.
   (B)   While in a park no person shall ride a horse that is not thoroughly broken, properly restrained, and ridden with due care.
   (C)   While in a park no person shall allow a horse to graze or go unattended.
