(A) Commerce prohibited. No person in a park shall engage in commercial fishing or the buying or selling of fish caught in any waters.
(B) General prohibition. No person in a park shall fish in any waters, whether by the use of hook-and-line, net, trap, or other device, except in waters designated by the Manager for that use and under regulations and restrictions as have been or may be prescribed by the Manager.
(C) Compliance. Fishing shall be in accordance with applicable regulations now in effect or hereafter adopted.
