(A) Designated areas. No person shall bring into or operate upon any waters any boat, raft, or other watercraft, whether motor-powered or not, except at places designated for boating by the Manager. Boating shall be in accordance with applicable regulations now in effect or hereafter adopted.
(B) Operation of boats. No person in a park shall navigate, direct, or handle any boat in such a manner as to unjustifiably or unnecessarily annoy, frighten, or endanger others.
