§ 94.036 SELF-PROPELLED VEHICLES.
   (A)   Definition. In this section, self-propelled vehicle means any vehicle powered by a human and includes but is not limited to bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, and scooters.
   (B)   Confined to roads. While in a park no person shall ride a bicycle on other than a paved vehicular road or path designated for that purpose, except where designated by the Manager. An individual shall be permitted to wheel, push, or carry a self-propelled vehicle by hand over any grassy area or wooded trail or on any paved area reserved for pedestrian use. However, Class 1 E-Bikes (low speed pedal-assisted electric bicycles) shall be permitted to ride on certain trails designated by the county.
   (C)   Left lying. While in a park no person shall leave a self-propelled vehicle lying on the ground or pavement, set against trees, or in any place or position where other persons may trip over or be injured by it.
