The following parking provisions are in addition to those contained in Chapter 70, Parking, §§ 70.01 through 70.09, of this Code.
(A) Designated areas. While in a park no person shall park a vehicle in other than an established or designated parking area. Vehicular parking shall be in accordance with the posted directions at an area and with the instruction of any park attendant who may be present.
(B) Parking on roadways. While in a park no person shall park on a roadway or driveway at any time, except as designated by the Manager.
(C) Parking after closing. While in a park no person shall leave any vehicle anywhere in the park after closing without the Manager’s permission.
(D) Double-parking. While in a park no person shall double-park any vehicle on any road or parkway unless so directed by a park official.
