§ 94.016 TREES, SHRUBBERY, AND LAWNS.
   (A)   Injury and removal. No person in a park shall damage, cut, transplant, or remove any tree or plant; injure the bark or pick the flowers or seeds of any tree or plant; or attach any rope, wire, or other contrivance to any tree or plant, except as designated by the Manager. No person shall dig in or otherwise disturb grass areas, or in any other way injure or impair the natural beauty or usefulness of any area, except as designated by the Manager.
   (B)   Sitting on monuments, etc. No person in a park shall walk, stand, or sit upon monuments, vases, fountains, railings, fences, gun carriages, or any other property not designated or customarily used for such purposes.
   (C)   Hitching of animals. No person in a park shall tie or hitch a horse or other animal to any tree, plant, shrub, or rock, except as designated by the Manager.
