The county may revoke a septage discharge permit sticker and the hauler's authority to discharge at any facility if it is determined that:
(A) A person has falsified information or records submitted or retained in accordance with this subchapter;
(B) A person has discharged into a wastewater treatment facility in violation of this subchapter; or
(C) A person has failed to pay an outstanding bill.
