§ 35.45 STAFF AUTHORIZATION.
   The Comptroller, Director, Department of Management and Budget, Director/Administrator, Office of Human Resources, County Attorney, and Retirement Plan Manager, including their respective successors and assigns, are authorized to take the necessary steps to create, enter into, amend and execute the proper trust agreements to satisfy the mandated OPEB obligations for the employees of the county or other allied agencies or governmental entities that desire to join.
