§ 35.17 CERTAIN CORRECTIONS AND CHANGES TO PLAN AUTHORIZED.
   (A)   The Carroll County Maryland Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust Administrative Committee is hereby authorized to make clarifying or corrective changes to the Plan at the request of the United States Internal Revenue Service.
   (B)   Such changes shall be given full force and effect.
