The Carroll County Maryland Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust, which is on file in the county offices and incorporated by reference, is hereby established and adopted as the Carroll County Maryland Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust, Edition October, 2012. The Plan shall be maintained as set forth within the Plan document.
