The Carroll County Maryland Retirement Savings and Investment Plan, which is on file in the county offices, is hereby established and adopted as the Carroll County Maryland Retirement Savings and Investment Plan, Edition October, 2012. The Plan shall be maintained as set forth within the Plan document. The Administrative Committee is hereby authorized to make clarifying or corrective changes to the Plan at the request of the United States Internal Revenue Service. Such changes shall be given full force and effect.
