§ 33.67 VIOLATIONS.
   It is unlawful for any person to enlarge, alter or change any use of the person’s property or to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, make, put together or convert any building or structure in the county, or attempt to do so, or cause the same to be done, without first paying the fee imposed by this subchapter pursuant to either § 33.58 or § 33.59.
