(A) License, permit and registration fees under the terms of this chapter, for the businesses, occupations, activities and uses set forth, shall be as provided in the fee schedule which is a part of this chapter at § 10-1-19. License, permit and registration fees shall be paid annually unless otherwise provided, and proof of any bond or liability insurance policy required by this chapter shall be provided with the license fee.
(B) No refund shall be given in the event that a license is voluntarily terminated or revoked.
