The village shall determine annually the cost of the wastewater service charges in accordance with § 13-3-16 for each 1,000 gallons of volume, five-day BOD, and suspended solids for normal concentrations of domestic wastes. The calculations shall be made available to any interested person.
(A) The rates or charges for service under this chapter shall be payable quarterly. The user of the service shall be liable to pay for the service to such premises, and the service is furnished to the premises by the village only upon the condition that the user of the service is liable therefore to the village. Bills for sewer service shall be sent out by the Village Treasurer on the first day of the quarter succeeding the period for which the service is billed.
(B) All sewer bills are due and payable 30 calendar days after issuance.
