(A) Charges for water and sewer service shall be payable 20 days after the billing date as shown on the bill or on the next regularly scheduled business day if the due date falls on a Saturday or Sunday. If payment of the full amount of the bill is not made within such period, then a late charge penalty of 10% of the amount of the bill shall be added thereto. An administrative fee of $15 shall be charged each time a notice of shut-off is issued.
(B) An additional administrative fee of $50 shall be charged each time Public Works is dispatched out to turn the water off for non-payment (administrative shut-off fee).
