§ 13-1-2 COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.
   All service pipes and connections to the combined waterworks and sewerage system shall comply with such specifications and rules. Any person not complying with the specifications and rules for connection to the waterworks and sewerage system shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-1-9 of this code.
