§ 92.08 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   No building permit shall be issued until an official house number has been assigned for a lot. The record plat of any subdivision shall show the address for each lot created and/or recorded.
   (B)   No certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the Inspection Division until such street address numbers are properly displayed.
   (C)   This chapter may be enforced pursuant to § 10.08 of this code or ordinances as amended.
