§ 92.04 ADMINISTRATION.
   The Address Coordinator will be responsible for the interpretation and administration of this chapter within the territorial jurisdiction of the town, including:
   (A)   Assigning all new street names;
   (B)   Assigning all numbers for properties and buildings;
   (C)   Maintaining address records of each property and building;
   (D)   Changing of existing addresses when necessary to facilitate sequential house numbers along a street;
   (E)   Designating individual unit addresses within the multiple housing units in conformity with this chapter;
   (F)   Coordinating with public safety personnel to assist the public in complying with the requirements of this chapter; and
   (G)   Resolving disputes arising out of numbering or naming with other public service agencies.
